Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Silly Daily Shorts, a web based automation workflow used to generate short-form videos, manage authorised account connections, and publish content to supported creator accounts through platform APIs and related technical integrations. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You represent and warrant that you are legally able to use the service and that you own, control, or are otherwise authorised to operate any account you connect to the workflow. You must not use the service in relation to any account for which you do not have proper authority.

2. Scope of the service

The service may generate content, prepare captions and metadata, store or reference workflow assets, maintain authorised connections, and upload content to connected accounts through supported APIs or related technical processes. Features may change from time to time.

3. Account authorisation and platform use

You are responsible for granting authorisation only for accounts you are entitled to manage. You remain responsible for complying with the terms, policies, community rules, and developer requirements of each connected platform. Platform operators may independently restrict, suspend, reject, or remove content or access at their own discretion.

4. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and suitability of all content generated, uploaded, or published through the service.
• You must ensure that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, licences, and consents for media, music, prompts, text, trademarks, and other materials used through the workflow.
• You must not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or otherwise prohibited content.
• You must not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to the service or supporting systems.

5. Intellectual property and third party materials

You retain responsibility for clearing rights to all user supplied and third party materials used through the service. The operator of the service does not guarantee that any third party material is suitable for every commercial, platform, territorial, or licensing use case. You are responsible for verifying rights before publication.

6. Third party services and dependency disclaimer

The service depends on hosting providers, APIs, cloud services, automation tools, media sources, and platform operators. Availability, functionality, and policies of these third party services may change without notice. The operator is not responsible for downtime, changed API behaviour, rate limits, account restrictions, or losses caused by third party service interruptions or platform enforcement actions.

7. Service availability

The service is provided on an as available and as is basis. No representation or warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, secure at all times, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension, restriction, and termination

Access to the service may be suspended, restricted, or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent misuse, respond to platform requirements, address security concerns, or enforce these Terms. You may discontinue use of the service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of the service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, failed uploads, rejected posts, content takedowns, account restrictions, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the service from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal expenses, arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third party rights.

12. Changes to the service and these Terms

The service and these Terms may be modified from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the law applicable to the service operator, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
